Job Objective:
To oversee daily store operations ensure sales targets are met maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold overall store quality and order.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the sales team assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Train and guide new employees to achieve store sales objectives.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and customer service guidelines.
-
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
-
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
-
Ensure adherence to work schedules dress code and store cleanliness.
-
Oversee the implementation of promotions and discounts in the store.
-
Participate in stocktaking activities and ensure data accuracy.
-
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
-
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or retail sales experience.
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
-
Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
Working Hours & Conditions:
-
48 hours per week (1 day off weekly).
-
Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan Eid packing season etc.).
-
Flexibility to work in any UAE branch as per business needs.
