Scaffolder

• Position: Scaffolder
• Salary : 1500-1800 AED
• Location : Western Region Abu Dhabi
• Contract Details: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• - Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and company standards
• - Ensure that scaffolding is stable and secure for workers to use
• - Inspect scaffolding regularly for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
• - Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working at heights
• - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area
• - Follow blueprints and construction plans to determine the correct placement and design of scaffolding
• - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• - Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required by the company
• - Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to scaffolding work

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry
• - Valid scaffolding certification or license from
• - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding work
• - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• - Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
• - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
• - Must have a construction background and understanding of construction processes
