Job Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with other department (maintenance and lab) during the shift and follow the advice or give the advice through shift in charge.

Indepth knowledge of VRM / GGBS process system application methodology.

Good analytical & reasoning ability to understand and analyze probable failure mode.

Co ordination with other department functioning in the plant Coordinate with other dept (maintenance and lab during the shift and follow the advice or give the advice through shift in charge.

Monitoring the VRM data as per process requirement

Should Coordinate properly with Patroller and shift in charge during the shift

Preparation of the shift report at the end of shift

Familiarization of various type of failure mode in various plant equipment.

Logging of daily/shift jobs carried out.

Reporting to immediate superior at the end of the day/shift on jobs done/problems faced.

Informing superior/section head in case of breakdowns immediately.

Proper upkeep of departmental manuals documents log sheets etc.

Ensure reliability & good quality of maintenance work done.
