Job Summary
Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle hiring and smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Welfare & Mobilization: Handling relocation visas welfare programs and workplace culture.
Strategic HR Planning: Workforce planning succession planning Emiratization and performance appraisals.
Training & Development: Identifying and delivering employee training programs.
HR Policies: Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Team Management: Leading HR Admin IT & ERP teams.
Administration: Office logistics travel arrangements licenses site office management.
IT & ERP Oversight: Ensuring smooth IT operations software licensing ERP system functionality.
Medical Insurance: Overseeing renewals and reimbursements.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
20 years of HR experience (5 in construction/contracting 5 years in managerial position)
Strong HR systems knowledge (Oracle SAP etc.)
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong English skills; Arabic is a plus
Proven leadership and people management skills
