Public relation officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a PR Officer you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Freelan through effective communication and relationship building with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the companys brand and services

Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets journalists and influencers

Create and distribute press releases media kits and other promotional materials

Organize and coordinate press events interviews and other media opportunities

Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to management

Respond to media inquiries and manage any crisis communications

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation

Plan and execute PR campaigns to support product launches and other initiatives

Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partnerships

Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify potential PR opportunities

Manage the companys social media presence and engage with followers on various platforms

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PR role preferably in the UAE

Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive information

Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools

Familiarity with the UAE media landscape and cultural sensitivities

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficient in MS Office and other PR software and tools
