Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process (posting jobs screening CVs scheduling interviews).Prepare offer letters contracts and other HR accurate employee records and update HR in onboarding and offboarding training sessions and employee engagement HR-related inquiries and provide support to compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR reports and assist with payroll coordination as :Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.13 years of HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).Strong interpersonal communication and organizational in English (Arabic is a plus).Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive :Competitive salaryVisa and medical insurancePaid annual leave and UAE public holidaysCareer development opportunitiesSupportive work environmentHow to Apply:Send your CV to with the subject line HR Coordinator Dubai Application.
