Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Design Manager to join our prestigious firm in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will lead and inspire our architectural design team overseeing largescale commercial and residential projects from concept to completion.
- Manage and direct the architectural design process for highprofile projects throughout Dubai and the UAE
- Collaborate with clients stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and exceed expectations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design team members fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality adhering to local building codes and regulations
- Oversee project budgets timelines and resources ensuring efficient and costeffective project delivery
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management with confidence and clarity
- Stay abreast of industry trends sustainable design practices and technological advancements in architectural design
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture required; Masters degree preferred
- Professional architectural licence or registration
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Demonstrated experience working on largescale commercial or residential projects in Dubai or the UAE
- Indepth knowledge of architectural design principles and practices with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate design teams
- Outstanding project management skills including the ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Visionary approach to architectural design coupled with a practical understanding of project implementation
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
