- Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel lounge club or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of mixology classic and contemporary cocktails and beverage pairings.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a warm and engaging personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift beverage supplies as needed.

As a Bartender at our Peacock Alley Lounge you will craft exquisite cocktails serve refreshing beverages and provide exceptional service to our guests in a luxurious relaxed and vibrant setting. You will ensure an outstanding guest experience through warm hospitality expert mixology and seamless operations.
What will I be doing
A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. As well as to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests and act as cashier for the lounge. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including signature cocktails wines spirits and non-alcoholic drinks in line with the hotels standards with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests with a warm and professional manner. Providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu ingredients and pairing suggestions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene well-stocked at the bar area and organized at all times
- Manage bar inventory ensuring stock levels are maintained and requisitions are made when necessary as well as report shortages to management
- Follow all responsible alcohol service regulations and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with the service and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up with industry trends seasonal drink offerings and guest preferences.
- Assist in setting up and closing the bar ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and new beverage innovations.
- Maintain compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
