Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in project administration (minimum 10 years) preferably within a Document controller coordinator. The role involves managing priority meetings preparing accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks.
Organize and prioritize meetings prepare agendas and accurately record MOM.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely distribution of reports.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project-related communications.
Support project teams with scheduling tracking progress and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant project admin experience ideally in a DCC background.
Strong organizational communication and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
