Ontime Group is eager to hire a compassionate and skilled DHA Assistant Nurse for our Homecare this role you will provide essential nursing support to patients in the comfort of their homes contributing to their healing and wellbeing. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that promote a safe and supportive environment for patients working closely with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Registered Nurses in delivering direct patient care including daily living activities and personal hygiene
Monitor vital signs report any changes to the healthcare team and assist with basic medical procedures
Support patients in mobility and ensure their safety during daily activities
Help manage medication regimens and provide reminders to patients
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
Educate patients and their families about ongoing health maintenance
Follow infection control procedures to promote a safe healthcare environment

Requirements

Valid DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
Experience in homecare or related nursing fields is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients
Commitment to delivering highquality patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic familiarity with nursing principles and patient care practices
Willingness to work flexible hours based on patient needs
