Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Retail)
A Digital Marketing Manager leads all online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Managing social media Google Ads Meta Ads SEO and content strategies
- Monitoring website traffic analytics and conversion rates
- Overseeing e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels
- Planning email marketing automation and CRM activities
- Working with design content and media teams
- Managing marketing budgets and optimizing ad performance
- Building brand presence across digital channels
- Tracking KPIs and preparing monthly performance reports
- Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in managing online campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO SEM Google Ads Meta Ads email marketing and content strategy.
- Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Search Console HubSpot Mailchimp CMS platforms and social media dashboards.
- Ability to plan execute and optimize online campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads conversions and brand engagement.
- Understanding of UX/UI website optimization and e-commerce funnels (if applicable).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data generate insights and prepare performance reports.
- Creativity in developing digital content and brand messaging.
- Excellent communication team leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
