We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Sales to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our senior leadership you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the sales department
- Oversee the development and management of sales forecasts budgets and reporting
- Implement and optimize sales processes tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and high-level client meetings
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive innovation in sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales strategies market analysis and revenue management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale client accounts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
