Job Description
Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in RUST programming language for Software Engineer DemandMinimum 8 years of development and design experience in RUST programming language for Senior Software Engineer DemandWork experience with Rust and a solid foundation with C or to write robust highly efficient reliable writing multithreaded in Micro services Design Patterns: (CQRS SAGA Circuit Breaker API Gateway Service Discovery etc)Hands on experience in Profiling tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace performance tuning debugging monitoring. Understanding of containerization experienced in Dockers performance identify performance bottlenecks and find ways to resolve backend code that is fast reliable but also highly secureStrong understanding of ownership model concurrency memory working experience using structs traits cargo smart pointers in understanding / working experience with popular crates build and deployment production grade coding experience with SOLID principles Event Driven Architecture (Kafka) MongoDB Redis and have passion for handson experience with design patterns (Creational/Structural/Behavioural) and their implementation. Well versed with CI/CD principles actively involved in solving troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem Good experience in Quality gate tools like SonarQube Checkmarks/ with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production to API gateway integrations like 3Scale Kong etcUnderstanding of SingleSignon or token based authentication (Rest JWT oAuth) Experience in following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentation standards and in Banking Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment in Agile research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and and selfstarter Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organizationHave excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
