Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure messaging solutions that align with clients business objectives.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT infrastructures identifying areas for improvement and optimization in relation to Office 365 services.
Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials to enhance team knowledge and client understanding of Office 365 and Exchange Server best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migrations.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
