Job Description

Tasks

  • Lead the planning and execution of Office 365 migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to clients operations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Exchange Server environments addressing complex technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure messaging solutions that align with clients business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT infrastructures identifying areas for improvement and optimization in relation to Office 365 services.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials to enhance team knowledge and client understanding of Office 365 and Exchange Server best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Exchange and Office 365 environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
