Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible in leading the maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities implementing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring the safety availability and reliability of equipment and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Foster a culture of safety collaboration and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
Plan and allocate resources depending on production plan.

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
Coordinate with the facility team for prompt utility services.

Equipment Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of machinery equipment and facilities.
Identify and address potential issues before they result in breakdowns.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Provide technical expertise for diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical and plumbing issues.
Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance projects.

Preventive Maintenance Programs:

Establish and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and documentation.

Budget Management:

Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget.
Optimize spending while ensuring the availability of necessary resources.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
Conduct regular safety training for maintenance personnel.
