Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well established DOOH operator company in the UAE. Our client is hiring a seasoned Lead Sales Manager to drive business development for our DOOH and Static Outdoor Media portfolio including Digital Screens Media Facades Hoardings and Unipoles. The ideal candidate must bring an established network deep market expertise and a proven ability to sell to both direct clients and agencies in the Dubai media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitch negotiation and closing.
- Focus on acquiring and growing direct brand accounts across key industries such as real estate tech automotive F&B telecom and retail.
- Work closely with leading media agencies (international and boutique) to secure high-value campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketing directors planners and buyers to understand campaign objectives and tailor solutions.
- Provide timely market insights and performance feedback to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the outdoor advertising sector in Dubai with a focus on digital formats.
- Demonstrated success in selling DOOH campaigns and managing key accounts.
- Solid database of contacts including top-tier brands and agencies.
- Strong understanding of the UAE media buying ecosystem and DOOH market dynamics.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong presentation and deal-closing skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Preferred Nationality: Lebanese or Eastern European.
