Job Description
The goal of the Design office is to enable Emirates NBD to become the worlds most human centric bank where customers business partners can pursue and achieve their goals through exceptionally designed experiences The candidate will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office this position he/she is responsibleof leading and crafting compelling and user centric written content that enhances the overall user experience across our digital platforms. He/she is responsible of bridging the gap between design and communication ensuring that the narrative seamlessly aligns with the visual elements to create an intuitive and engaging user journey Lead the creation of clear concise and user friendly copy for websites applications and other digital with designers to ensure alignment between visual and written the development and implementation of a consistent and effective tone of voice across all digital touchpoints. Estimating efforts based on requirements. Propose plan based on deadlines and planned managementLead and mentor a team of copywriters providing guidance and feedback. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence in and optimize UX copy based on user feedback and data existing copy and propose enhancements within the agreed timelinesLead the analysis of user feedback and data to continuously improve and refine Collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams(Marketing Brand Experience and product management) to create cohesive and impactful user within the Design delivery teams and collaborate as per the UX process and Agile methodology Communicate and articulate UX copy related to details and to take constructive criticisms and adjust accordingly Holding a Bachelor degree or higher in English communication Marketing or related professional experience in a relevant industry such as corporate finance or retail in reading and writing UK Arabic speaker with proficiency in reading and writing in GCC or UAE National Dialect 8 years of experience in a related field Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an assetExperience in the GCC region is considered as an asset Human Centered Design Practices Proficient in content management systems SEO principles and basic to ideate and contribute to the creative process translating ideas into compelling grasp of UX and instructional principles and their application to a diverse portfolio highlighting successful projects and deliverables
