Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market footprint and enhancing our customer relationships embodying the Sealy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to attract new clients and increase sales volume.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for promotional strategies.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to management.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote brand visibility.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales preferably within the home furniture or bedding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-starter with a motivated approach to achieving goals.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
- High school diploma required; degree in business marketing or related field is advantageous.
