Job Description

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Reliability Specialist in Abu Dhabi related to Oil & Gas Industry.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduate
  • At lease 10 years of experience in Reliability/RCM/RAM analysis mainly in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries.
  • Possess a solid understanding of RCM principles and the ability to translate them into actionable steps for the team.
  • Well versed in RAM modelling and reporting


Main responsibilities:

  • Performing Reliability analysis and familiar with Failure data analysis
  • Lead RCM analysis sessions: This involves guiding a team of professionals (often lacking in-depth knowledge of the specific equipment being reviewed) through the standardized RCM methodology.
  • Ensure proper application of RCM: Facilitators ask the prescribed RCM questions ensuring everyone understands them and guiding the team towards reaching consensus-based answers.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy: Meticulously complete all paperwork associated with the RCM review process.
  • Oversee efficient analysis: Keep the review meetings focused and progressing at a steady pace to ensure the analysis is completed within the allotted timeframe.

  • Duration: 6 months liable to extension
  • Working Schedule: 48 hours/week
  • Rotation: Resident
