You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our construction team involved in Bridge Construction Projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing construction materials tools and equipment and must have worked on UAE-based construction projects for at least 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and properly store construction materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and issue materials as per site requirements.
Ensure proper labeling storage and stacking of materials in compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and submit stock reports inventory levels and material usage to the site manager/project engineer.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor material expiration and damage; handle return and replacement processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Track tools and equipment movement ensuring timely return from site staff.
Enforce and follow safety and housekeeping rules within the storage area.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in UAE construction projects.
Experience in Bridge or Infrastructure Construction is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction materials tools and inventory systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory management software.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping Supply Chain or related discipline.
Familiarity with RTA or other government project documentation is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems or digital inventory platforms.
