Job Description

Job Position: Corporate Tax Consultant (client assignments)
Location: Dubai
Contract Term: Permanent
Employment Visa: Provided
Salary Budget: As per relevant Experience and Company Standards.

Job Description:
As a Corporate Tax Consultant you will be mainly responsible for delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services. Your role will involve supporting clients across a range of industries ensuring they remain compliant with UAE tax regulations while optimizing their tax positions.
1. Provide end-to-end corporate tax planning compliance assistance and advisory services including FTA registrations corporate tax return filings and preparation of Corporate Tax Assessment Reports.
2. Analyze financial and operational data to assess tax implications for both local and international group structures.
3. Draft tax opinions and technical memos on client queries from a corporate tax perspective in collaboration with internal teams such as VAT and accounting.
4. Conduct in-depth technical research on UAE corporate tax laws BEPS actions and Double Tax Treaties (DTAs); prepare clear and accurate reports memos or articles as needed.
5. Support clients during tax audits respond to FTA inquiries assist with dispute resolution and appeals and address ad hoc client queries as needed.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
7. Build and nurture client relationships; actively support business development initiatives including preparation of proposals participation in B2B meetings and client presentations.
8. Uphold high standards of quality manage risk effectively and ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor s or master s degree in taxation Accounting or Finance.
2. Holding or pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA CA CPA CTA ADIT or an equivalent certification.
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations is mandatory.
4. 1 2 years of consulting experience in UAE corporate tax within a reputed professional services firm is mandatory with 4 to 5 years of overall experience.
5. Demonstrated experience in analyzing financial data identifying tax impacts and implementing corporate tax strategies.
6. Familiarity with Double Tax Treaty (DTT) implications relate to cross-border transactions under UAE Corporate Tax is highly desirable.
7. Working knowledge of VAT and Transfer Pricing will be considered as an added advantage.
8. Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles particularly in relation to computing corporate tax provisions and applying deferred tax adjustments.
9. Strong report writing project management and problem-solving capabilities.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
11. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
12. Strong communication skills in English.
13. Highly client-focused detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple engagements effectively.
14. Commercially aware professional demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
