Were looking for a Freelance Senior Creative Lead to join us full-time for a few months (minimum 2) with the strong possibility of moving into a permanent role afterwards. If you are a Creative event professional who thrives at the intersection of big ideas and flawless delivery and you love turning client briefs into standout creative experienceswe want to meet you!
What youll be doing
- Lead the creative development of event and campaign concepts aligned with both client objectives and eggs global vision.
- Design immersive guest journeys and spatial experiences using storytelling moodboards and design language.
- Stay ahead of trends and tech infusing innovation and experiential thinking into every project.
- Oversee the creative process from pitch to production ensuring ideas are executed on time and within budget.
- Present ideas to clients gathering feedback and building strong trusting relationships.
- Collaborate across business development strategy operations and production to bring ideas to life.
- Manage and traffic internal and freelance creative resources (2D 3D space design content) and own your P&L.
- Localize our global creative strategy for the region ensuring high-quality impactful results.
Must haves

- Full fluency in English & Arabic written and spoken. (No scrambled oeufs at our agency please!)
- 7 years of experience in a creative management role within an agency experiential or event environment.
- Proven ability to shape and deliver immersive event concepts using storytelling and design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing large-scale events campaigns and creative innovation.
- Skilled collaborator across production client and strategy teams.
- Experience managing freelance/internal creatives across multiple disciplines.
- Strong presentation and communication skillsyou can make clients fall in love with your ideas.
- Eligible to work in Dubai and available for on-site visits
Nice to have
- Additional languages beyond English and Arabic.
- Experience in experiential events live activations or large-scale brand experiences.
