Job Summary

Responsible for leading Emersons Level Systems (Tank Gauging) business across the Middle East and Africa with a focus on retaining market leadership and expanding market share for the Rosemount Level Systems product line. Oversees all sales and marketing activities related to Level Systems in the region and serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for the World Area.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Product Management

  • Serve as the Product Champion for Rosemount Level Systems across the World Area.
  • Understand market dynamics competition and long-term growth opportunities for Level Systems.
  • Align factories and global business unit strategies to drive regional success.
  • Coordinate with PMO LCS and factories to address quality issues in delivered solutions.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities implementing corrective strategies as needed.
  • Identify new product/solution opportunities and provide structured feedback to factories.
  • Lead new product launches across the MEA region.
  • Enhance the sales teams ability to identify customer difficulties and effectively position Level Systems solutions.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to terminals and tank farms.
  • Maintain leadership positions in key installed bases.
  • Build internal capability by improving situational fluency in financial level measurement across sales service and support teams.

Business Development

  • Develop new markets in MEA for Level Systems products
  • Contribute to quote quality and conversion rate efforts
  • Create and implement business development plans in MEA for Level Systems
  • Drive and support marketing campaigns for identified key growth initiatives and track and improve actual results.
  • Drive Core differentiation by Getting in Early for Greenfield Brownfield and support the Lifecycle Services (LCS) team for MRO Sales growth.
  • Support periodic seminars/webinars for the concerned markets.
  • Drive after-sales activities

Sales

  • Provide financial and unit forecasts to support business planning and manufacturing.
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives for Level Systems across the region.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve annual order sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and deliver continuous training programs to upskill the sales team.
  • Drive key project pursuits and strategic opportunities.
  • Serve as Solutions Architect for quoting troubleshooting and system design.
  • Support regional sales teams representatives and end customers with product orientation training and application engineering to drive tank gauging success.
  • Undertake regular visits to key customers fostering relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical presentations workshops and product updates to key customers.

For this job you will need:

  • An Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience preferably with Tank Gauging products and exposure to Terminals.
  • Regional experience is desirable.

  • Travel up to 50% of the time within MEA occasionally outside of MEA

  • Proficiency in Arabic and French is an advantage.
