About the Role
As a Production Coordinator in Event Production you will support the planning and execution of event production activities from pre-production through to onsite delivery and wrap-up. You will be the operational glue that ensures timelines are met resources are allocated and everyone has what they need to succeed.
What Youll Do
Production Support: Assist Production Managers with timelines crew schedules and deliverables.
Logistics Coordination: Manage bookings permits equipment orders and transportation.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records production schedules and progress reports.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during event builds rehearsals and live days.
Post-Event Closeout: Assist with debriefs inventory tracking and reconciliation reports.

Experience in a production coordination or assistant role within events or live experiences.
Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of the production lifecycle from pre to post.
Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours during peak event periods.
