KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Companies & Assets:
- Coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets including accounting reporting budgeting financial analysis and planning and streamlining of financial and operational processes
- Maintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assets
General Responsibilities:
- Internal control and compliance oversight
- Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Cross-functional communication and coordination across the family office team portfolio companies external partners and service providers
- Preparation of financial and shareholder reports presentations memos and analytical materials for shareholders and management
REQUIREMENTS & TERMS
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience
- UAE experience is a strong advantage
- Solid skills in financial reporting analysis modeling and presentation development
- Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issues
- Full professional fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)
- Work format: on-site (Downtown Dubai) or hybrid
- Employment in accordance with UAE labor law
- Compensation: AEDgross per month depending on qualifications and experience
