Job Description
Order Processing: Handling online phone and email orders ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries providing product information and resolving issues
Data Management: Maintaining customer records updating databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Report Generation: Compiling sales reports tracking sales performance and monitoring sales efforts.
Invoicing and Payments: Processing invoices managing payments and handling credit checks.
Stock Management: Checking stock levels placing orders and coordinating deliveries.
Communication: Communicating effectively with customers sales teams and other departments.
Administrative Support: Providing general office support to the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on products and services offered by the company.
