Black & Grey HR is recruiting for Growing Solar Street Lighting Manufacturer specializing in urban street and landscape lighting solutions. Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales secure government and private sector contracts and expand their market presence in the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with government bodies municipalities construction firms and infrastructure developers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar street lighting projects.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions trade shows and networking events.
- Launch and promote new solar lighting products in the market.
- Manage costing budgeting and pricing strategies for projects.
- Oversee product registration and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide sales support including technical presentations proposals and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales in solar lighting street lighting or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing government tenders and large-scale projects.
