A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen their internal marketing performance within the department. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.

Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads Meta TikTok Microsoft Ads programmatic channels and affiliate/display networks.
- Drive the acquisition of high-quality leads and first-time purchases. Continuously optimize for performance metrics such as CAC ROAS and LTV across target segments.
- Launch manage and fine-tune multi-channel campaigns using advanced audience targeting automation tools and AI-powered creative assets to maximize effectiveness.
- Establish and manage robust tracking infrastructure using UTM parameters Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event-based attribution models across web and app environments.
- Partner with CRM product and web development teams to improve onboarding flows personalize retargeting strategies and enhance the overall user journey.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages. Leverage AI and rapid A/B testing to iterate and improve performance.
- Work alongside the data team to develop and maintain performance dashboards. Monitor key KPIs track funnel efficiency and evaluate the impact of marketing experiments.
- Manage and allocate media budgets strategically across channels and markets ensuring optimal return on investment and scalability.
- Keep pace with evolving platform capabilities privacy policies and competitor activities. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on trends and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing with a strong track record managing six-figure budgets effectively.
- Industry expertise in fintech trading or the CFD space with a solid understanding of lead quality user intent and conversion funnels.
- Platform proficiency across Google Ads Meta Business Manager TikTok Ads Microsoft Ads and programmatic advertising channels.
- Advanced tracking knowledge including UTM structuring Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Analytics 4 and multi-touch attribution models.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Pencil and ChatGPT for creative generation A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Conversion-focused mindset with experience optimizing landing pages lead forms and funnel efficiency.
- Data-driven approach with working knowledge of tools like SQL Power BI or similar platforms for analysis and reporting (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align closely with internal teams and stakeholders across functions.
