Whats On Your Plate
Own and optimize the subscription programs P&L analyzing financial performance refining the business strategy and driving commercial improvements across markets.
Define and monitor North Star metrics and OKRs to ensure sustainable growth and strategic alignment across regions.
Develop and enhance the subscription value proposition informed by competitive benchmarking customer feedback and market dynamics.
Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating with product marketing finance ops and sales teams to implement subscription initiatives effectively.
Improve data visibility and reporting to enable faster more accurate decision-making and align teams with real-time performance insights.
Extract actionable insights from data analytics and stakeholder feedback to improve user and partner experience boosting retention and satisfaction.
Support strategic planning by contributing to annual and long-term business plans and advising senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
Lead go-to-market efforts for new feature launches (e.g. Apple Pay) and commercial changes (e.g. pricing MOV) ensuring smooth rollout and alignment.
What Did We Order
Experience
Analytical and Strategic Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in quick commerce e-commerce or management consulting. Must have strong acumen in finance; P&L analysis budgeting and business impact analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BigQuery SQL Tableau and Looker is a must have. Knowledge of Google Suite especially Google Sheets and Google Slides is highly desirable.

Advanced Presentation and Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling specifically tailored for senior executives using Google Slides
Project Management Skills: Strong capabilities in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring accurate and timely inclusion of data in reports and adhering to PMO responsibilities
Interpersonal and Influence Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels facilitating cross-functional collaboration
