As an Account Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support prospective clients throughout the onboarding processfrom lead to approved live account. Guide clients through their First-Time Deposit (FTD) journey and encourage trading activity from the outset.
Reconnect with dormant or low-activity accounts and maintain proactive contact with existing clients to drive engagement funding and long-term loyalty.
Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned client portfolio.
Address queries resolve issues and work closely with internal teams (compliance marketing support) to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Identify opportunities for clients to broaden their platform usage or explore affiliate/IB partnership options.
Recommend relevant tools and services to help them achieve their trading goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver client-facing campaigns tailored to Spanish-speaking markets and user preferences.
