KONE Middle East Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions. New Building Solutions is a strategic priority for our business to complement our growth plans and drive our sustainable success with customer strategy. As a part of this effort we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customerfocused mindset to be based in our Sharjah office.
In this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineers role is to manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONEs order book and profitability.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust value and loyalty. Hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a gogetter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence is resultsdriven and has strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development/ Key Account Management
Highly motivated goaloriented diligent organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
Passion for sales with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
Excellent English communication presentation and negotiation skills. Arabic language skill is an added advantage.
UAE experience is preferred.
