The Sales Engineer will:
- Market Mapping and Intel to generate Leads and Opportunities within the O&G and Power Generation Sectors.
- Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Mechanical).
- Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multidisciplinary portfolio.
- Assist the Sales Team in the Business Unit in executing and achieving sales targets and meeting business plans.
- Supporting the team for the Business Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector understanding their requirements.
Technical Sales
- Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Mechanical and Engineering Solutions guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.
Proposal Development
- Provide allinclusive details (technical specifications cost estimates and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.
Market Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market demands to identify new business/technology opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including proposal engineering Sales Order management and product development to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.
Customer Support
- Provide ongoing support to clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with sufficient experience 05 Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas industry.
Additional Information :
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales in the Mechanical and Engineering Solutions related to O&G sector.(Field Instrumentation Flare Meter UFM Flowmeters Valves Fittings)
- Strong market understanding and Solid connection with EPC and Developers in the O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience level: 05 years in UAE or Middle East.
- Minimum 03 years as Sales Engineer level in similar business or industry.
- Should have valid UAE driving license and own car.
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
