Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Dubai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) managing costs throughout the project lifecycle planning costs and preparing cost reports. Duties will include working closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and effective cost management practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Cost Control Cost Management Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field
Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
