We are looking for a skilled Application Production Support Engineer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring troubleshooting and incident management for enterprise applications preferably in banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace Datadog and Prometheus.
Provide L1/L2 support for production applications ensuring uptime and reliability.
Investigate and resolve incidents collaborating with L2/L3 development DevOps and infrastructure teams.
Implement automated monitoring alerting and log analysis for proactive issue resolution.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and provide longterm solutions for recurring issues.
Support deployments patching and upgrades in production environments.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
35 years of experience in Application Production Support or related roles.
Handson experience with Dynatrace Datadog and Prometheus for monitoring and alerting.
Experience in incident management troubleshooting and log analysis.
Exposure to banking and financial domain applications and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP is a plus
