Our client is looking to hire a responsible Admin/Telesales executive to organize our companys day-to-day operations. Our client is looking for someone who will be able to provide administrative support to our employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- Book meetings and schedule events
- General Administrative tasks
- Maintain internal databases
- To Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings
- Maintaining calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- To be able to make calls to various targets from the databases
- Search and categorize targets as leads and pass it through the Sales team.
Requirements
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- To have worked or understands about any SaaS and Cloud storage solutions.
