Job Description

• Ensure all Marine Procedures and related documents are up to date and comply with relevant SN and industry standards
• Identification of relevant elements to manage Marine Risks Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for Marine Services Contractor operations.
• Implementation of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code as required to LPG Terminal.
• This will involve working with Hamriyah Port Authority as PFSO, implementing security plans, training, and completion of security drills
• Compliance with the USGOTT, SIGTTO, OCIMF (Oil Company International Marine Forum), IMCA (International Marine Contractor Association), IMO (International Marine Organization) requirements
• Planning and execution of all Marine Maintenance operations
• Ensure zero downtime at the Condensate SBM or Jetty
• Ensure that LPG, Condensate and Jet fuel loading operations are carried out in strict compliance with procedures
• Support the implementation and embed Standards, Integrity Management, Driving, CoW, etc.
• Develop assessment plans and make sure the assessments are completed as per the plan
• Apply the Contractor Performance Management process to marine service contract
