Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Taking raw data in CSV/Excel formats & transforming this data into pre-defined Success Factors Employee Central (EC) templates
• Assisting with loading pre-defined templates into SAP Success Factors EC
• Reporting and resolving errors & issues
• Liaising/Co-ordination with Country HR to obtain data and cleanse data
• Work with Local SMEs and divisional reps to clean data
• Prepare data files or conversion and creating reports to assist with data validation
• Supporting Countries and divisions with Data cleansing, augmentation and Validation
