Job Description

Our client, a multinationallaw firm are now recruiting an experienced corporate lawyer with expertise inhandling complicated corporate and commercial contracts anddisputes.

You must be a native Hindi speaker having 5-10 years of experience in corporate matters with a law firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise on clients onstructuring transactions and conducting due diligence.
  • Negotiate business transfer agreement, novation contracts and all corporate documentation.
  • Negotiate share subscription agreements, restated shareholders’ agreement, disclosure letters and security purchase agreements.
  • Advice on general corporate matters, commercial agency, labor issues, debt collection, and disputes.
  • Advised clients on compliance with matters specified under Company law, secretarial standards; mandatory filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Draft agreements and other legal documents and inquiries with governmental authorities and advise on Indian law issues.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate from a top 10 Indian Law University.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Hindi is mandatory.
