Job Description
• Responsible for handling a full cycle import and export documentation
• Check all incoming transactions - documents of shipping line, BL in ICL internal software for manifest, printing form EDI IGM up to updates on HAZ excel sheet
• Arrange DPD+CFS movement
• Send hard copies to vessel operator thru surveyor and all soft copies to shipping lines
• Coordinate with overseas agents (MBL & HBL copy with TDR), consignees in order to make freight bills and release delivery orders and booking with shipping lines
