You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Account Manager will be responsible for developing our client base in the MENA region as well as the sales processes, and documentation of aircraft parts. Strong candidates are detail-oriented, proactive individuals who possess strong organizational skills. He or she must be able to operate in a time-sensitive environment and prioritize critical tasks in a multi-tasking environment. Also, the candidate must have ' strong interpersonal skills' who will work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage all interactions with assigned customer accounts to ensure Griffon is facing the
market with top notch service delivery and order fulfillment
Work closely with the Repairs-Purchasing team and Product Line Specialists to ensure
quotes and final sales meet internal requirements
Monitor and report on quote volume, sales, and other areas of interest regarding assigned
accounts
Support the sales organization operationally by processing sales orders, reports, generating
RFQ, portal management, etc.
Assist with general sales activities by providing information and/or data to external
customers-including sales via telemarketing, internet, and e-sales channels.
Assist and coordinate turnbacks, supplier commit dates, customer commit dates as
necessary
Provide formal proposals to clines to ensure accurate and timely entry and delivery of
quotes to customers
Timely input for Monthly Report to include Departmental report, Inbound/backlog, sales
versus budget, On-Time Performance, margin report, and customer sales and trends. Other
analysis and reports as required.
