Job Description
• Responsible for handling and coordinating with client for the venue, supplies etc.
• Coordinating with internal team to create collaterals, supplies for the event
• Locate and contact potential clients to offer events for advertising service
• Budget planning, requisition and disbursement and creating report including survey and feedback form
• Obtain and study information about clients' event products, needs
• Provide clients with estimates of the costs of products or services
