Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• To work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges

• Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Lead or participate in multiple projects, on need basis by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing relationships with all stakeholders.

• Act as a single point of contact with business users providing production support, managing enhancement requests, developments, or modification of any banking application/systems.

• The role holder would need to coordinate with various departments in ADIB on project identification based on business needs, project prioritization, business analysis, implementation (requirement gathering, testing, etc), production support, problem management and enhancement for successful delivery and ongoing performance improvement.

• Role holder would be responsible to manage the product backlog of system enhancements and fixes received from all other stakeholders

• Candidate should be detailed oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. Should have ability to work independently and with others, should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and extremely organized with strong time management skills.

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

• Preparation of business requirement specifications (BRD), functional specifications (FSD) and proposed process notes
