About the job

The ITP business team consists of multiple publications and spans industries, keeping professionals connected to the important news, insight, and analysis in the region. We are seeking an experienced, talented, and driven journalist to work on content across brands—this could include everything from interviews, original reporting, creating promotional content for our own events, and posting commercial content on social media. This journalist is the link between our clients and our editorial team, and crafts editorially insightful content that also meets the objectives of our partners.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse set of industries and work closely with editors from leading business brands. The role requires an understanding of digital and print media, journalistic experience, and prior work with commercial content. The Business Journalist will also be a brand ambassador and should be comfortable with moderating interviews/panels and taking part in our events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role

- Demonstrable experience working across traditional and digital media platforms

- Impeccable writing and editing skills

- The ability to produce quality content quickly

- A level head despite stress

- Experience working with clients

- Strong multi-tasking skills

- Experience hosting or moderating events

- Arabic language fluency is not needed, but is a plus
