Job Description
- Lead hiring for all intern andundergradplacements from business universities across the globalintopositions in the Middle East Preparerecruiting plans in line with regional and globalstrategy
- Devise innovative and creative methods toattract newtalent Work closely with campuses toidentifynew opportunities to attract students and undergrads totheConsultancy and the Middle East Represent the MiddleEast in global recruitment meetings Manage the calendarfor international campus events
- Create and develop reports and presentations for Partnersandsenior stakeholders Work with the marketing teamtopromote the consultancy's brand at campuses
- Manage a small team ofrecruiters/coordinators Maintain manpower plan Handlesenior/Partner recruitment when required Manage theentire recruitment process through to offermanagement and mobilityto the Middle East
