Job Description

Ensure that accurate supplier records are accurately filed and maintained

• Maintaining an electronic supplier data base.

• Provide administrative support.

• Lead & support special projects as assigned.

• Responsible for the coordination supplier on-boarding.

• Provide support to the business through providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

• Liaise with end-user and HSEQ department during on-boarding process

• Conduct analysis and create reports as and when needed.

• Assist in the creation of tools to train suppliers as well as internal business users.

• Educate suppliers who are going through on-boarding process and address any concerns that they have.

• Present information with clarity and appropriate style and adapt language and style to suit the requirements of a particular audience.

• Work closely with other departments to make sure supplier-onboarding proceeds smoothly.

• Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.

The job specifications are as below:

• Minimum qualification : Diploma

• Minimum Experience: 2 years in progressively challenging roles with strong knowledge of Procurement in areas such as sourcing and vendor management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel.

• Experience with ERP System (SAP preferred).

• Knowledge of vendor management processes
