Techno-Functional Manager

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership to implement pipelines that support data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, data analytics, data delivery, etc.

- Create an effective team dashboard to manage staff, workload KPIs and project status.

- Work with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify data gaps and analytics needs.

- Manage a team of 20 - 25 engineers building pipeline, automation, analytics, and tooling around data.

- Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy by developing and managing KPIs & metrics.

- Work alongside with Senior management to develop technical solutions to solve business problems.

- Work closely with the Director to determine the requisite team structure and roles that will deliver the desired level of analytics to support our enterprise at large.

- Set forth clear expectations, roles and responsibilities for team members and hold them accountable for delivering agreed-upon outcomes.

- Give clear feedback and offer support (e.g., one-on-one coaching, experiential learning and training opportunities) for the continuous development of team members.

- Effectively manage progress against goals, issues and risks, and proactively asks for help when needed.

- Prepare and support the communication of insights to business emphasizing clarity, completeness, and action-ability.

- Full project life cycle ownership : successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment and managing day to day project activities and tasks.

- Manage, own, track, escalate, communicate and coordinate problem resolution and escalation processes up to problem resolution.

- Actively engaged with the user community by soliciting feedback on the delivered solution and areas of improvement.
