Senior IT Application Analyst

To administer, monitor and maintain the assigned applications within the portfolio of enterprise applications implemented at Company as per the defined Service Level Agreement (SLAs), while participating in the conducting of approved customizations, configurations and planned changes, assuring the timely and efficient user-support in order to meet uninterrupted business requirements in compliance to established quality standards and corporate IT security guidelines.

General Responsibilities Assist in implementation of IT Applications and Systems department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Assist in Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Company requirements, policies, and quality standards. Job Specific Responsibilities will include Applications Analysis Responsible for administration, monitoring and maintenance of application operation in premise or in Cloud. Responsible for analysing business requirements and providing/developing solution and implementing then while ensuring the best practise standards are maintained at all stages. Ensure the availability of efficient and effective applications and information systems design to support Company operations and strategies. Plan and design computer systems, and applications using techniques such as structured analysis, data modelling and information engineering. Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment. Prepare and analyse complex statistical data and dashboards to support the reporting requirements of the different functions. Analyse requirements definitions and assist in formulating Request for Proposals for new system acquisition and/or enhancements for existing systems. User Support Maintain data confidentiality at all times. Review, test and analyse system performance and functionality to determine potential problems and implement corrective actions or workarounds in a timely manner. Respond, Investigate, Diagnose and Resolve faults/errors reported by end users or initiate vendor/solution provider support, if necessary Analyse failures and/or errors within the application and accordingly research and develop solutions and provide required guidance and support to users. Restricted 2 | P a g e Assist in application maintenance and enhancements of existing applications, implementation of new applications, or any other related projects as and when needed. Maintain log of all issues identified together with the steps taken to mitigate such issues. Formulate a frequent problem guide and circulate to business users. Ensuring regular backup and timely upgrades of applications. Providing on demand reports requested by management, audit or any authorised personnel. Create and maintain all system documentations with regards to application architecture and application integration. Assist in identifying test scripts to deliver the required functionality.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements :

• Review Functional Design of given business requirements and translating into high quality detailed Technical Design Document (TDD)

• Well aware of the complete Software Development Life Cycle and Sure Step Methodology

• Have strong coding skills in Microsoft D365 FO and its related technologies/tools

• Have in depth experience in development languages - X++, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, T-SQL

• Experience in relational database – MS SQL Server

• Experience in Development Tools – Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio,

• Have very good experience in reporting tools – SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports.

• Experience in using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)

• Experience with LCS tools for deployment and upgrade of D365FO

• Experience in integration with ODATA, BYOD, Dataverse

• Utilize version control system such as Azure DevOps, Git, TFS

Good To Have :

• Microsoft Certified Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate

• Development Languages – Angular JS, Java, Python.

• Work Experience and exposure to Microsoft D365 CE, MS Azure Synapse, MS Azure Data Lake.
