- Proactively identify and evaluate business opportunities and challenges through BI platform and available facts.
- Have deep business process understanding and operational experience across core retail functional areas to identify & implement strategies to optimize sales, inventory & logistics while working closely with corresponding stakeholders.
- Capable of pulling and analyzing data independently, interpret results, provide recommendations for simplification of opportunities & implement changes as needed.
- Import, clean, transform, and validate data from a variety of sources to maintain single version of truth to improve data quality.
- Assist developer through functional expertise during requirement gathering to have timely execution of projects and programs to deliver real time solutions.
- Provide inputs, design & document processes and BRDs including any other project related deliverables as assigned. Ensure on-going maintenance of those documents throughout the project cycle.
- Interact with business to gather requirements and collaborate with developers on solution design, test, re-work and sign-off.
- Manage business user trainings and solution adoption.
- Along with data analysis also design presentation of data through a BI platform to be able to reveal business needs and make business decisions.
- Assist BI team in improving reporting approaches and be instrumental in the execution of analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
