OPERATION COORDINATOR

• Strong secretarial background and good exposure in manufacturing industry so as to implement all the operational practices.

• Provides clerical support to the DGM by doing the correspondences, documentations, meeting schedules and serves as minute’s taker.

• Follow up and updates the closure/resolution of the raised concerns from the process owner.

• Collation of reports from all departments on or before the specified deadline and ensure submission of consolidated and reviewed reports to DGM.

• Preparation of needed documents and reports for the conference and meetings with the external business partners and suppliers in coordination with the HOD’s.

• Prioritize the operational issues and concerns including those of a sensitive and confidential in nature and ensure follow through on the current status and resolutions.
