Job Description
• The Inspectors shall inspect the 3PL’s to determine the condition, hygiene, and suitability for food storage & distribution • All incoming product to be inspected for the following: - Visual – dirt, damage, infestation or any quality or food safety issue - Photographs of container/truck, clear photos of product including labels - Packaging integrity check – Weights
• Representative samples to be drawn as per Quality Inspection Plan for laboratory verification analysis
• Certain products will be inspected during storage to ensure no issues are developing e.g. infestation, product deterioration, temperature checks on cold storage
• Sorting & Inspection of defective/failed stocks and up to & including inspection, segregation, re-labelling, re-palletizing as required
